Our Story
Little girls with big dreams grow up to be visionary women. This was true for Ms. Kelly, as her ambition fuelled her determination to succeed. Since she was a child, she has always found great joy and happiness in the company of children.
She began her journey into the world of early education at a young age herself, accepting a job as a teacher in an established kindergarten. Her desire to learn more about teaching children led her to travel abroad, where she discovered the unique Montessori approach to early education, which piqued her interest at the time.
Her strong passion to see young learners thrive has inspired her to establish Knowledge Tree in 2006. Knowledge Tree is currently spread across four Klang Valley locations: Ara Damansara (HQ), Setia Alam, Desa ParkCity, and a newly opened branch in Bukit Jalil.
Behind Knowledge Tree’s success is a committed and dedicated team of teachers and staff who have been educating children here for the past 15 years.

Knowledge Tree’s core vision and mission is to nurture a child’s social, spiritual, personal, physical, emotional, and intellectual development through our positive Montessori approach and other pedagogies and learning methods.

Meet Our Teachers
At Knowledge Tree, our teachers are highly qualified and experienced with a Montessori education background. They have always had a lifelong passion for children and a desire to care for them. Most of our teachers hold either a Bachelor’s Degree or a Master’s Degree with a focus on Education. Our teachers participate in regular trainings in order to stay current with the education system and the latest trends in child development.
To provide extra support for the children at Knowledge Tree and to ensure their safety in the event of a medical emergency, our teachers are certified in CPR and First Aid training. Our teachers renew their CPR certifications on a yearly basis to remain CPR certified.
In our school, our teachers are more than just “teachers”, as they dedicate their time to understand and support the unique characteristics of each child, while also carefully evaluating each child’s interests, progress, character, and behaviour.
Our teachers guide each child through the Montessori curriculum programme by providing lessons and key experiences that pique their interest, encourage further exploration, allowing plenty of opportunities for a child to discover on their own.
